A message from the Sakinaw Heritage Investment Corp:

Dan Clarke of Ruggles Bay passed away on Friday October 14th, after a lengthy illness. Dan and his family have been long time cottagers, building their cabin in the late '70's. Dan was a fly fisherman in Ruggles Bay and snagged not only many fish, but also a log or two. He was president of Sakinaw Heritage Investment Corp., and contributed to it's well-being and growth over the years. Dan is survived by his wife Elena, daughter Shelley (Neill) and son Colin (Jennifer) and their families. Our condolences to the Clarke family from the Sakinaw Lake community.
